This year round vacation home is located on the water, across the street from the yacht club and 2 blocks away from all the parks, shops & restaurants in Sodus Point. With it’s easily accessible dock and beautiful, clean & bright interior… this is the place to spend your vacation!

If you’re gathering a large group, there are TWO separate apartments in this large historic home. Each has a spacious kitchen & dining area with three bedrooms (2 with twin beds, 1 with queen). If you really have a BIG group, there is plenty of space for additional cots or air-beds.

The downstairs has that “breath of fresh air” feeling with wide-open spaces and fantastic view of the Lake Ontario channel & Great Sodus Bay.

Shopping, restaurants, sailing, boat rentals, jet skiing, fishing skateboarding, swimming nearby at small beach. Town beach nearby also.
